This 4 bedroomed 3.5 bathroom courtyard villa, built in October 2006, is located on a peaceful secure development and superbly furnished to a high level, comfortably accommodating 10 people. You have your own private pool secluded by lush hedges on 2 sides with spa jacuzzi & covered lanai . There is a club house with gym and volleyball, tennis and basketball courts on the development and a superb restaurant and bar serving lunch and dinner. It is the perfect location to base the holiday of a lifetime with visits to all the Walt Disney theme parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Busch Gardens and a host of water parks.
Close by are several championship golf courses including Disney's own courses, plenty of attractions outside of Disney, many shopping opportunities plus shows to visit in the evening.
The lower level consists of a lounge with TV; dining area; a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, full size fridge freezer, large oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher; dining area; family room with sofa bed; master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with patio doors onto the pool area; shared toilet.
There is a washing machine and dryer located in a separate utility room. There is a spacious garage which is accessible from within the house, and don't worry - all bed linen and towels are supplied, so you won't need them!
The living area has large patio doors to the pool area. The deck has been extended to the full width of the house plus being extended away from the house, with the 13' x 26' pool and spa jacuzzi for you to enjoy relaxing with a pool-side drink. The whole area is covered by a screen which keeps out any insects but lets the sunshine through, so don't worry about it affecting your tan! Once the sun has gone down, enjoy the warm evenings outside and turn the pool lights on, if you wish, for a late swim. Pool heating is available at additional cost.
Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms, 1 double and two twins. The double has an en-suite bathroom with corner bath & shower, plus there is another separate full bathroom. Throughout the house, all the bedrooms have fitted cupboards.
